All items in the https://rudolphandme.co.uk/collections/ready-to-post section are as it implies in stock and ready to personalise and dispatch back to you. These are typically personalised and ready to post within 24-36 hours from the time of your order.

Items from all other sections may take a little longer and will normally be dispatched about 7 days after you placed your order.

If you make sure your full contact details are included we will inform you of any delays beyond this normal limits. When we will be happy to offer a quicker alternative of give you the option to wait, or refund.
