Here in our Oxfordshire studio, every single Christmas decoration is individually hand-personalised with archival calligraphy ink before being safely packaged for its journey to your tree.
To make our delivery as reliable, swift, and transparent as possible, every parcel we dispatch is now sent via fully tracked Royal Mail postal services. Whether you are ordering a single keepsake for a new baby or a collection for the whole family, you will receive an automated tracking number and delivery updates from the moment your parcel leaves our workshop.
1. Studio Turnaround vs. Postal Transit Times
Because each ornament is individually hand-lettered to order by our lettering team, every delivery timeline consists of two stages:
- Studio Production Time (2–3 Working Days): The time required to review your personalisation request, hand-letter each name and date, let the archival ink cure, and pack your decoration securely.
- Postal Transit Time: The time it takes Royal Mail to deliver the parcel to your door once collected from our studio.
2. UK Delivery Rates
We use flat-rate UK shipping so you can add multiple keepsakes to your basket without paying stacking postage penalties:

3. International & Worldwide Delivery
We regularly send our festive keepsakes to overseas family members, friends, and collectors. All international shipments are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail for priority transit and door-to-door tracking:

Multi-item international orders: Our checkout automatically calculates postage by weight. Adding a 2nd or 3rd ornament will only scale the price slightly to cover the official overseas airmail weight tier.
Overseas orders (including EU destinations and Canada) may be subject to local import VAT/sales tax and postal clearance fees assessed by your national carrier upon arrival.
All international parcels leave our workshop with electronic customs declarations (ITMATT) and standard commodity classification codes pre-lodged to ensure seamless customs clearance.
4. Presentation & Protective Packaging
Every single keepsake leaving our Wantage workshop is crafted and wrapped with utmost care:
- Cast in high-grade polyresin with a shatter-resistant, high-gloss ceramic finish.
- Pre-fitted with a vibrant hanging loop, ready to hang straight onto your tree.
- Cushioned in shock-absorbent packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
- Supplied with a complimentary presentation gift bag, ready to place under the Christmas tree or give directly to loved ones.
