Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, if we have personalised your item as requested. We can and will correct any errors we have made. Your return postage is not included, but the correction and return to you afterwards will be at our cost.

If we have followed your instructions, and you made the mistake, (it happens to the best of us!) Don't worry. we can still correct any error, for just £5 which will include return postage to you. Sending the item back to us for correction is not included.
