Terms of service

If we have your items in stock we will personalise and send within 24-36 hours of receiving your order.
As you can imagine, being seasonal, we are never sure of what captures our customers imagination and sometimes we will run out and have to restock an item.

If you make sure your full contact details are included, we will notify you of this and usually it adds a week to the delivery time.

If the item is no longer available we will suggest alternatives or refund upon your instructions.

We maybe able to offer an alternative selection or give you the option to wait, or refund.
