Ready to Post
Many of our item stock levels are changing all the time, all of a sudden, one item hits the popularity sweet spot and we run out here at our studio, and it can take an extra few days to replenish. So if we have the item to hand it will be dispatched within 24 hours. If we have to get some more, it can take 7-10 days
In all cases we will not take any orders for items we cannot deliver before Christmas and will refund without question any items not yet personalised .
We will always refund if a particular item becomes not possible to get delivered to us so we can personalise and post to arrive before Christmas or
we can always supply an alternative from our vast range, but we will contact you first.
Sadly this situation is sometimes beyond our control.
